Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7ppp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the 7ppp website at 7ppp.io and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

7ppp operates as an offshore online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot machine titles, and associated promotional services to players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. The platform is operated in accordance with the terms set out in this document.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 7ppp. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will take precedence only with respect to that specific promotion; in all other respects these Terms govern.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the 7ppp platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7ppp does not permit persons under 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law, or where no law expressly criminalises the act of participating in offshore online betting as an individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 7ppp or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7ppp platform for any reason, including fraud, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method(s) you use to fund your 7ppp account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7ppp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of age, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7ppp platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different identities, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. You must notify 7ppp promptly if any of your registered details change, including your contact email address or registered payment method. 7ppp is not responsible for communication failures resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity, except where you have reported a security breach to 7ppp support in a timely manner.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow others to use your account, including family members or friends.

7ppp reserves the right to verify account information through third-party identity verification services. Accounts that fail verification checks or provide false information will be closed and any balance held will be retained pending investigation.

7ppp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 7ppp reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts based on risk and verification status. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. Processing times vary by method; bKash and Nagad deposits typically clear in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. Where enhanced due diligence is required — for example, on large withdrawals or accounts not yet fully verified — processing may take longer. 7ppp will notify you by email if additional documentation is required to process a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• 7ppp does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are your responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the associated account has an outstanding verification requirement or active bonus with unmet wagering conditions.
• Funds deposited through a specific method (e.g., bKash) cannot be withdrawn to a different method (e.g., bank transfer) unless the original method is no longer available, in which case 7ppp support will assist with an alternative arrangement.

7ppp offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are credited and tracked separately. Wagers are drawn from real-money balance first, then bonus balance, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Check individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonuses are intended for use by the account holder only. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering with connected accounts, will be voided.
• 7ppp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.
• The VIP Club cashback and Fortune Tree rewards are governed by their own published terms, which supplement these general Terms.

Players who have self-excluded or applied cooling-off restrictions to their accounts are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during the period of restriction. If a bonus is credited to a restricted account in error, it will be removed without replacement.

All bets placed on the 7ppp platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game at the time the bet is accepted. Specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are published within the relevant betting sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the platform. Until that confirmation is issued, no bet contract exists. Where a technical error prevents confirmation from being issued, 7ppp will make reasonable efforts to reinstate the bet at the original odds; where this is not possible, the stake will be returned in full.

• Minimum Bet: ৳50 per selection unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.
• Maximum Bet: Varies by market, event, and account tier. Maximum bet limits are displayed within the betting interface before bet placement.
• Obvious Errors: 7ppp reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (for example, due to a data feed error or human input mistake). You will be notified and your stake returned if a bet is voided on this basis.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that sport. Typically, bets on markets that have already been determined before abandonment will stand; all other bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability at the time of placement. Network or connection issues on the player's side that result in a delayed bet submission are the player's responsibility.

Casino games — including live dealer games, slots, and virtual table games — are governed by their respective game rules published within each game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles through the game information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ppp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit bonus systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, including poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using 7ppp for any transaction associated with illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk (commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 7ppp staff or other platform users.

7ppp employs continuous monitoring of account activity, betting patterns, and financial transactions. We reserve the right to place accounts under review, restrict withdrawals, or suspend accounts pending investigation at any time without prior notice where prohibited conduct is suspected.

7ppp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• A request from the account holder to self-exclude or close the account.
• An instruction from a relevant regulatory, legal, or financial authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 months of continuous inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). 7ppp will attempt to notify you at the email address on record before applying dormant account fees. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactive period. Once the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in.

Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 7ppp support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any pending verification checks.

All content available on the 7ppp platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, digital downloads, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of 7ppp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index, or collect data from the platform.
• Frame or embed any part of the platform within a third-party website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the 7ppp brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any content you submit to 7ppp — including support tickets, feedback, or chat messages — may be used by 7ppp for service improvement purposes. You retain ownership of your original content but grant 7ppp a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it internally.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ppp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand these Terms, bonus terms, or game rules.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits 7ppp's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other cases, 7ppp's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical defects at all times.

7ppp is committed to protecting the personal information of its players. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By using the 7ppp platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal retention obligations. To exercise any data rights, contact our support team.

7ppp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notification on the platform homepage, an in-platform banner, or an email to the address on record.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure through support.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights or obligations as a 7ppp player.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7ppp is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Specific jurisdiction details are available on request from our support team.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 7ppp support and allow a reasonable period — no less than 30 days — for resolution through our internal complaints process before pursuing any other remedy. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where internal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body. 7ppp will provide details of the applicable ADR process upon request. You retain the right to pursue claims through courts of competent jurisdiction where ADR is unsuccessful or not applicable.
